ONEWHEEL: FLOW STATE EXPERIENCE
DECEMBER 2025 · CONCEPT

Transform Onewheel from a product people ride into a feeling people rememeber.

The Flow State Experience is a concept project I created envisioning a Onewheel pop-up as an immersive, interactive brand experience.

Through projection mapping, the space transforms into a fluid, interactive world. Drawing from surf and skate culture, the aesthetic positions Onewheel as a forward thinking, innovative brand, while still being rooted in its heritage.

Interactivity

A projection mapped river weaves through the environment, creating a continuous sense of motion that connects the entire space. The river dynamically responds as people walk through it, rippling and shifting with each interaction.

The experience also features an interactive skatepark where visitors can test ride Onewheels while generating dynamic visual trails as they ride. The reactive visuals simulate the feeling of surfing a wave, translating Onewheel’s motion into an immersive visual language.

A custom railguard kiosk also lets visitors design their own railguards, which are projected onto physical Onewheels in real time. This allows guests to preview their designs at full scale before finalizing and taking home a one of a kind souvenir.

Branding

Alongside the experience, I designed a full spread of supporting brand materials to extend the concept beyond the space.
